We unconditionally guarantee all of our catalogue items for a period of 30 days from date of shipment. Did you receive merchandise that: was defective (DAO, damage during use are excluded), wasn't what you expected, you changed your mind about or you would like to exchange for something else, contact us immediately and we will give you a return authorization and modality.
We will replace the defective item at no cost to you, except shipping. For non-defective merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipping fees (always insure your shipment), and you may be charged for original shipping and packing plus a 10% restocking fee. Also merchandise must be returned in unused and undamaged condition to get your refund. We will accept no returns without prior authorization. Merchandise bought from our clearance sale or damaged items section will be made as a final sale, without guarantee  and no return will be accepted. A refund or credit will be offered for products returned within 30 days of shipment. Returns after 30 days will be for credit only. For any return please use this form:
